Privacy Policy

2Marketing ("we", "us") operates the Ponseis website (the "Site") and provides podcast studio setup services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who sees it and how you control it. We follow Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 where applicable.

1. What we collect and why

• Plan and Shop request forms. Name, email, phone, city, company (optional), the service or item requested, quantity and your message. Purpose: answering your request, preparing the consultation call and the quote and, if you approve it, the delivery.
• Invoicing. If you approve a quote, your delivery address and billing details. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Correspondence. Emails we exchange, to follow up on your project.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited and advertising click identifiers, to measure the Site and prevent abuse.
• Cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not sell personal information and never ask for payment details on the Site.

2. Advertising: Taboola and partners

Our campaigns run on content-discovery platforms including Taboola. When you arrive from an ad, Taboola and Google Analytics may set cookies to measure conversions and cap ad repetition. 3. Who sees it

Our hosting and email providers, under contract and only for the purposes above; authorities where the law requires it. Some providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

4. Retention

Requests and quotes: 3 years after last contact. Records of invoiced projects: 7 years (tax requirements). Analytics data: per the provider's default retention.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion: email contact@ponseis.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the CAI.

6. Security

The Site uses HTTPS and access to requests is limited to staff working on your project. No method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
