These terms govern your use of the Site and the services of 2Marketing ("Ponseis", "we"). By submitting a request you accept them together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Ponseis provides consulting, design, equipment sourcing, installation, configuration and training services for podcast studios anywhere in Canada, and books partner studios on behalf of clients. The Site's forms are requests; a contract forms only when you approve a written quote. No payment is taken online.
Shop items are sold at the Canadian retail price stated in the quote, taxes extra. Delivery, 30-day returns, refunds and manufacturer warranties are described on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before tax, and indicative ("from"). The binding price is stated in a written quote issued after the room assessment and stays valid for 30 days. Equipment is itemized at documented retail cost.
Site visits and studio hours can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours ahead; inside 48 hours, reasonable call-out fees may apply where the quote provides for them.
Our installation and configuration work is warranted for 12 months. Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty. This is in addition to your rights under provincial consumer protection law.
The Site may be promoted through platforms such as Taboola. Site content is informational; typical results described (timelines, budgets) depend on each space and are not guaranteed.
The Site, its content and the Ponseis name and logo belong to 2Marketing or its licensors.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer law.
