Which cities do you cover?

All of Canada. Planning and consulting happen by video wherever you are. Installation is done by our technicians in the largest cities and by vetted partner installers in about thirty more. Where no installer is close, we ship a labelled kit and guide your person through the setup on a video call.

Do we need a dedicated room?

No. Most of our installs live in meeting rooms, offices and spare corners. We plan around the space you have.

Can you work with equipment we already own?

Yes. The assessment covers your existing gear; we keep what serves the show and quote only what is missing.

Do you sell equipment?

Yes, at retail cost with no markup. Request any item in the Shop or let Equipment Sourcing pick a kit for your budget. Everything ships to your door anywhere in Canada.

How long does an installation take?

An Essential Setup is usually one day on site. Pro Studios with acoustic treatment take two to three days. Remote-guided setups take an afternoon.

Do you handle video podcasts?

Yes. When video matters, the layout is planned camera-first and the Pro Studio includes lighting and camera advice.

What does it cost to run afterwards?

Nothing recurring is required. Support is pay-as-you-go, and the training session means your team operates the studio without us.

How do shipping and returns work?

Equipment ships from Canadian retailers or our warehouse, insured and tracked. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Details are on the Shipping and Returns page.
